Who is Jingguan Glass ? We are a glass factory who has been in glass bottle manufacturing for more than 20 years. Our glass bottles are ranged from beer glass bottles, soft drink glass bottles, juice glass bottles, whisky glass bottles, brandy glass bottles, vodka glass bottles, rum glass bottles,gin glass bottles, olive oil glass bottles, reagent glass bottles, wine glass bottles and food glass jars. Our factory is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, which is known as "paradise on earth", with advantages of plentiful talents, advanced science and technology, developed economy and good water way and land way transportation. We are a scaled glass factory, there are 9 furances, 5 production lines for amber glass bottles, 4 production lines for flint glass bottles and 15 production lines for green glass bottles. We are a comprehensive enterprise integrating R&D, design and sales, meeting the full range of customer needs and accepting customization.
Our factory has more than 400 employees, including 110 engineering technicians, 5 advanced technicians, and 15 engineers for glass bottles manaufacturing at present.
The glass tank furnaces include two 45 square meters glass tank furnaces, four 30 square meters glass tank furnaces and theree 26 square meters glass tank furnace.
The machine facilities include two production lines with 24-six-section machine (double-gob and drum-timing), eight production lines with 48-six-section machines (single-gob and drum-timing), one for three manual machine production line and two manual earthen jar mouth production lines, and together with matched system, such as power supply, water supply, gas supply system.
We have nearly 60 thousands glass bottles and top jars.

Our Output
I would like to let know there are 9 furnances exsisted and 6 new which is in the
constraction for our manufactring totally.For the exsisted ones, they are 1 amber furnance(5 lines), 3 clear glass furnance( 4lines) and
5 green furnance(15 lines) respectively.They are 180 tons/dayfor amber furnance, 540 tons/day for clear glass furnance and 200 tons/day f
or green furnance. If for annaul, it is just 180*365=65,700 tons,540*365=197,100 tons and 200*365=73,000 tons.
