Q1: What is the glass bottles made from ?
A: Our glass bottles are made from 20 types raw materials more, they are soda ash, quartz sand, barium carbonate, sodium nitrate, lithium feldspar, zinc powder, cobalt powder, lithium feldspar, dolomite, potassium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, sodium fluorosilicate, borax, clarifying agent, broken glass, etc.
Their main raw materials includes caustic soda, quartz sand, lithium feldspar, sodium nitrate, dolomite, zinc powder, cobalt powder, clarifying agent And the proportion of raw materials for glass bottles: Soda ash accounts for about 30%, quartz sand accounts for about 20%, crushed glass accounts for 10%, and other formula combinations account for about 40%.
Q2: What are the processings of your glass bottles manufacturing ?
A: We are professional and strict in the the full processings of glass bottle manufacturing, which includes batching & mixing,Melting, Blow glass forming, Surface heat painting, Anneaning, Surface cold painting, Glass bottle Quality checking (including mouth,crumbles,deformation, molded seam, appreance, walls, cords etc by machine and manhand), Packing and Warehousing respectively.
Q3: What are the standard processings of your glass purchasing ?
A: There are two directions for our glass bottles manufacturing. One of them, if you purchased our exsited glass bottles, because their molds are ready, you only need to place an order, then we produce for you only. The other one, if you purchased the glass bottle are not our exsited ones, those processings are is Pilot Molds + Sampling + Molds Integration + Mass Production.
Q4: What is your delivery for glass bottle manufacturing ?
A: If you purchased our exsited glass bottles, that is only need the oder producing, the delivery is 20-25 days. If you purchased the glass bottle are not our exsited ones, then it would spend 25 days for Pilot Molds + Sampling,15 days for Molds Integration, and 20 days for Mass Production.
Q5: What is your output for glass bottles manufacturing ?
A: For now, until July of 2025, for us, there are 9 furnances exsisted for our glass bottles manufactring totally. They are 1 amber furnance (5 lines), 3 flint glass furnances ( 4lines) and 5 green furnance (15 lines) respectively.They are 180 tons/day for amber furnance, 540 tons/day for flint glass furnance and 200 tons/day for green furnance. If for annaul, it is just 180*365=65,700 tons,540*365=197,100 tons and 200*365=73,000 tons, they are 65,700 + 197,100 + 73,000=33,5800 tons totally. I would like to let you know that we are a top 10 glass bottles manufacturer in China.
Q6: How creat and pay for new molds ?
A: Usually, based on your real sample, we make a drawing, then creat the new molds accordingly. If you do not have real sample, then we could make a drawing according to your requests, then send to you for confirmartion. Usually, we charged you 50% molds cost in advance to creat new molds for you, after you received and confirmed the real samples we produce, then you send us the balance of the molds cost.
Q7: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) at your plant?
A: Based on the scale and output for our plant, most of our machines are for 2 to 6 gobs, the standard requestes for the MOQ is aroud 300,000pcs. Sometimes, also we could use the single gob, that means we could accept the MOQ is aroud 150,000pcs.
Q8: Do you also make decoration to my custom made bottle in China?
A: There are a variety of decoration options to further customize the bottle design, such as Ceramic Heat Transfer: Decals are applied to the bottle and then baked into the glass surface. Its cost is depands on the Qty of its colors and the size of colors,Spray Patining: Full color, partial color painting or gradient painting using a fine organic spray, then ""exterior"" baked into the glass surface. We offer a variety of color combinations, or you can get a specific color by matching with samples or Pantone color cards. It is also possible to add color to the glass material itself during the production process. Although multiple colors of glass can be achieved in this way, customers may need to wait for the color they want to be produced according to production schedule arrangements.
Secondary decoration: Metal badges, wood, plastic, wax, diamond crystal and other embossing and debossing processes.
Q9: What kind of package do you pack glass bottles ?
A: Usually, we packed our glass bottle by pallet or carton. For pallet, it is made of the plywood that it has been fumigated already, and its sizes is 1,200 x 1,000 x150mm. It could be loaded based on tall pallet or short pallet. Tall pallt means that the 40HQ conatiner load 21 pallets, and the short pallet means that the 40HQ conatiner load 42 pallets. For carton, we make it according to the bottle diameter and the the Qty of bottles per in carton. Generally speaking, we pack the common flint, amber and green bottle by pallet, and pack the extra flint bottle by carton.
Q10: Does the molds cost would be returned back ?
A: Based on the sales policy, the molds creating cost will be rerurned back to you as soon as your Qty reached to some extent. For the common flint, amber or green bottles, the Qty would be 3-4m pcs within one year. Regarding to the extra flint bottles, its Qty would be 1 m pcs within one year.
Q11: How can we save molds cost ?
A: If the Qty of your bottles reached to our requests, then we will return the molds cost back to you. If you created new molds for flint glass bottle, meanwhile, you would like to do the amber or green bottle that are same for design, then we could use the flnt molds to produce the amber or green bottle for you. Because, for our plants, they are all for the DG type machines. But, if you would like to produce extra flint bottle, then you have to re creat new molds, because, that is for the SG type machines.
Q12: Where is your company?
A: Our factory is located in Hangzhou City of China. You could fly from your country to Shanghai International Airport, then take the high speed train to Hangzhou East Railway Station, that takes 40 minutes. We will wait and pick you up there.
Q: 13: What kinds of glass bottle you are producing ?
A: A: We are producing the soft drink glass bottles, beer glass bottles, wine glass bottles, rum glass bottles, gin glass bottles, brandy glass bottles, whisky glass bottles, vodka glass bottle, sauce glass jars and food jars.
Q14: How do you factory prevent the scatch of glass bottles ?
A: We prevent the scatch of glass bottles by the cold end painting. For our scaled factory, it is a standard steps in the glass bottles manufacturing, we must do the cold end painting after hot end painting. For those factories, they do not have the cold end painting, then the glass bottles that they produced is easy to be scatched. We have to pay much attention on the cold end painting, it is a very critical step for glass bottles quality.
