Raw materials and processing issues

We will strictly control the procurement of raw materials to ensure the stability of raw materials. Ensure the consistency of glass composition, minimize the stones caused by glass impurities and the stability of physical and chemical properties such as impact strength.

The kiln and annealing temperature are controlled by automated electronic constant temperature to ensure temperature stability, thereby controlling the stability of physical and chemical properties such as stress and water resistance of glass bottles; we use multiple high-performance, high-precision controlled air compressors to ensure the stability of high and low pressures during molding, ensuring that the glass is well molded.

According to different shapes of glass bottles, reasonably adjust the drip temperature and material shape, the head of the material drop should be smooth, calibrate the scissors to eliminate the cut mark, adjust the center value of the mouth mold and the initial mold, and reasonably adjust the blowing time

Adjust the drip temperature to meet the molding requirements, ensure the matching size and position of the mouth mold and the mold, adjust the time of the mouth mold opening and the mold closing, and match them accurately, and replace the worn clamps

Shoulder cracks
Reasonably adjust and control the drip temperature, adjust the mold, ensure smooth opening and closing, proper air volume, and adjust the positive blowing pressure.

 

Thin shoulders
Try to keep the drip temperature reasonable and stable, the material shape should be adapted to the initial mold, the material should be dropped smoothly and straight, improve the coordination between the initial mold and the mold, adjust the reverse blowing pressure and time, advance the positive blowing time, and reasonably adjust the time relationship between the initial blowing, reheating, and positive blowing.

 

Insufficient bottle shoulders
Reasonably adjust the material temperature, material shape, keep the material droplets from entering the initial mold smoothly, adjust the positive blowing head position and blowing pressure and time, properly adjust the reverse blowing, improve or dredge the wind eye and wind line of the shoulder of the molding mold, adjust the molding mold to open smoothly, without bottles, and keep the mold clean.

Solution to Bottle Defects

Bottle body skew
Adjust and maintain a reasonable drip temperature, adjust the material shape and weight, and keep the drip temperature uniform. Adjust the material channel so that the material drop can enter the primary mold quickly. The machine speed should be reasonable, and the cooling air should be used properly to ensure that the bottle is shaped.

 

Bottle body joint crack
The drip temperature should be appropriate, the shape of the material drop should be adapted to the initial mold shape as much as possible, adjust the cooling air, maintain the appropriate temperature of the forming mold, adjust the positive blowing pressure and blowing time, and ensure smooth opening and closing of the mold.

 

Deflated bottle
Improve material properties, adjust the drip temperature, maintain smooth material drop, reduce machine speed, adjust the cooling air, and maintain the appropriate temperature of the forming mold
