Production Inspection
Without changing the mold, every 15 minutes, 10 pieces are selected from each mold for volume and weight testing. At the same time, the inner and outer diameters of the bottle mouth must be checked, as the mouth is prone to oil stains, which can prevent the lid from sealing properly and lead to liquid leakage.
During production, molds may be replaced with new ones. Therefore, after changing the mold, the production department must immediately notify the quality assurance team. The quality assistant must perform a thorough inspection of the first batch of bottles made with the new molds and monitor the production closely to prevent quality issues that might arise due to missed inspections after mold changes.
