The Technological Process Of Glass Bottles' Production

1. Mixing
It is made of various raw materials (quartz sand, limestone, sodium carbonate, broken glass, etc.) mixed in proportion and quantity.

2. Melting
The mixture is burned with coal gas in the kiln and melted into glass metal at high temperature (1500-1600℃)

3. Molding
a) The glass metal is adjusted from high temperature to molding temperature through the feed channel.

b) The glass metal is formed into glass drops of a certain weight by the feeder.

c) The glass drops enter the mold of the I.S. machine and are then blown into the glass bottle with compressed air.

4. Annealing
The molded products are transported in the annealing furnace to eliminate the stress of the glass bottle by slow cooling.

5. Inspection
The products are fully inspected by automatic inspection machines and visual inspection.

6. Packaging
The bottles can be packaged in pallets, cartons or cartons + pallets.

7. Warehouse
The finished products are transported to the warehouse by forklift or manpower.
