Why The Oil Residue Left On Glass Bottle

We know that during the production of glass bottles, the production master will brush some oil on the mold to clean and lubricate the mold so that the bottle can come out of the mold smoothly. However, many glass bottle factories encounter a common problem, that is, some oil will remain on the glass bottle.
This will affect the user's bottling and labeling.
The label will fall off when it is attached to the oily glass.
Unless the bottle is wiped clean, the label will not stick, thus delaying production.
Why?
There are three reasons for the generation of oil stains:
1. The quality of the mold oil. When the master brushes the oil on the mold, the oil is not completely burned out, resulting in residual oil stains on the glass bottle.
2. The master brushes too much mold oil, resulting in the oil stains not being completely burned out and remaining on the glass bottle.
3. The master brushes the mold oil unevenly, resulting in some oil stains not being completely burned out and remaining on the glass bottle.
At present, many glass bottle factories have more or less such problems.
Solution:
1. Use the best quality molding oil to minimize oil residue, and the cost will increase slightly.
2. Require the production master to strictly control the amount of molding oil and brush the molding oil evenly.
3. If there is oil residue on the glass bottle, the factory can arrange workers to wipe it manually, but the cost will increase.
How to wipe off the oil residue?
Just wipe it with a rag dipped in alcohol.
