We all know that glass bottle is a kind of non-toxic, transparent and airtight glass container, which is more suitable for holding various beverages, alcohol, etc. In the processing of various types of glass bottles, there is an extremely important process, that is, the spraying process of glass bottles.
When spraying glass bottles, a special production line is required, which is mainly composed of a spray booth, a hanging chain and an oven. As for the quality of the glass bottles made, it will be closely related to the various stages in the spraying process. So, in these special stages, what should we pay attention to?
1. Pre-processing section
In the pre-treatment section of glass bottle spraying, including pre-stripping, main stripping, surface adjustment, etc., if it is in the north, the temperature of the main stripping part should not be too low, and it needs to be kept warm, otherwise the treatment effect will not be ideal;
2. Preheating section
After the pretreatment, it will enter the preheating section, which generally takes 8 to 10 minutes. It is best for the glass bottle to have a certain amount of residual heat on the sprayed workpiece when it reaches the powder spraying room, so as to increase the adhesion of the powder;
3. Glass bottle soot blowing purification section
If the process requirements of the workpiece to be sprayed are relatively high, this section is essential. Otherwise, if a lot of dust is adsorbed on the workpiece, the surface of the workpiece after processing will have a lot of particles, which will reduce the quality;
4. Powder spraying section
The most critical part of this section is the technical problem of the powder spraying master, so in order to ensure the quality, it is best to be checked by a skilled master.
5. Drying section
What should be paid attention to in this section is the temperature and baking time. The powder is generally 180-200 degrees, depending on the material of the workpiece. Also, the drying furnace should not be too far away from the powder spraying room, generally 6 meters.
