how to process the hot filling

For the concept of the hot filling Ii could be defined for 3 steps as below.

At first, we usually heated up the glass bottles or drink from 0 ℃ -20  ℃ which is for normal temperature. We call it pre heat up.

Secondly, the drinks will be heated up to 65 ℃ for at least 15 seconds ( 15s to 30s) for removing the harmful microorganisms from the products. With this environment,

we can create a “Commercially Sterile Product” by preventing bacterial development. After that, the hot fluid is filled into the glass bottles of different sizes.

In the next step, these drink bottles will be capped firmly in sterilization, holding the temperature around 57-60 ℃ 2-3 min in the glass bottles. When the packaging is completed, these glass bottles will often be placed on the cooling tunnels to minimize the thermal degradation of the drinks.
