Three methods commonly used in glass bottle packaging

The main raw materials of glass bottles are natural ore, quartz stone, caustic soda, limestone, etc. Glass bottles have a high degree of transparency and corrosion resistance. Today, let's learn about the three commonly used packaging methods for glass bottle packaging?

1. Woven bag packaging: This kind of packaging is a commonly used packaging method for glass bottle manufacturers. Suitable for light bottle packaging. The advantage is that it is relatively easy to operate, and the most important thing is that the cost is low. The main disadvantage is that it is easier to rub during transportation, resulting in the glass bottle not being smooth!

2. Tray packaging: The tray base is made of solid wood, and then the glass bottles are neatly placed on the tray, and then the partitions are placed after they are full, and the layers are stacked. This method is more common in exports. The disadvantage is that unloading requires a forklift.

3. Carton packaging: This packaging method is also the most commonly used packaging method in glass bottle factories. A partition can be added to the box. Separate the glass bottles individually so that they will not collide or rub against each other. This is a relatively safe way of packaging. The disadvantage is that the cost is high, and it is generally suitable for higher-grade crystal white glass bottles and spray-painted glass bottles.
